We’re thrilled to share news about the upcoming season for the Concert Singers of Cary, and hope you will join us for these performances:

In November we kick off our 34th season with Best of Broadway, a high-octane choral musical theater celebration that includes a special tribute to Steven Sondheim. That’s followed by our annual Holiday Pops program in mid-December, sure to get you in the holiday spirit.

CSC’s Chamber Choir will perform For a Breath of Ecstasy in late January. This program features a work spotlighting the poetry of American Pulitzer Prize-winning poet, Sara Teasdale, along with other musical pieces.

In February, CSC will join the Durham Symphony and the NC Central University Choir in their celebration of Black History Month in a program titled Justice, Resilence, and Love and directed by the Symphony’s Musical Director, William Henry Curry.

And we’ll close out the CSC 2024-25 season in May with The Sea, the Sky, and the Abyss: Alzheimer’s Stories. This program offers a musical reflection on the path trodden by people with the devastating disease and their caregivers.

We’ll keep you posted about program details and ticket info as these are available.

Join us for our 6th annual Big Sing!

You’re invited to come sing some favorite Broadway tunes with CSC members in an open rehearsal on Monday Oct. 14. Our Big Sing events are always great fun and everyone in the community is invited! It’s free and no preparation or registration is required. Get the details here.
