It’s our 25th Anniversary this year, and we are celebrating in style!
From holiday favorites with a local jazz ensemble to songs in the African-American tradition; Baroque-period pieces to ones by contemporary composers, and more — it will be a year of very exciting performances.
We are also thrilled that Dr. Joseph Flummerfelt will be conducting our performance of Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass on January 17, 2016. Dr. Flummerfelt was the Artistic Director of Choral Activities at the Spoleto Festivals in Italy and Charleston for many years, and is Chorus Master for The New York Philharmonic.
If you want to be part of the festivities, we invite you to audition with us on August 24-25. Our choirs include a 100+ voice Symphonic Choir, 70-voice Chorale, and 30-voice Chamber Choir. Our members are volunteers, but bring a professional approach to their performances and rehearsals.
