If you wish to purchase tickets in advance for events at Cary Arts Center, the main Box Office services are located in the lobby of the Cary Theater (122 E. Chatham Street.)
New for 2023: Box Office hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 12PM–6PM, Sunday from 1PM–5PM, and one hour prior to showtimes at the respective venue.
No additional fees apply if tickets are purchased at the Box Office. For questions call (919) 462-2055. The Box Office is closed on all observed Town of Cary holidays.

The CAC box office does not sell tickets, but you may call with questions about performances there. 919-462-2055.

An entertainment tax of 7.25% applies to the base ticket price of each ticket. There is a $2 per ticket convenience charge for tickets purchased on-line or by phone through eTix. There is an additional charge of $2.50 for tickets that are mailed directly to patrons.
Be careful if doing an internet search for tickets, there may be non-affiliated resellers that are offering CSC tickets at a higher price!
